We've been hard at work finding special guitars and this '57 Les Paul Goldtop does not disappoint. From the original owner who's had the guitar for the last 15 years we have an original verified Gibson run Brazilian board '57 Goldtop in great shape. We all know what a special year 2003 was for Gibson Historic's and how rare the Brazilian board Les Paul's are. Not only does this guitar have it's Custom Shop COA but it also has all of Historic case candy and hang tags. What makes this guitar so cool to me is that it has a great played in vibe but hasn't been abused. There's a slight patch of buckle wear on the back but nothing through the clear coat and several small dings on the top that can be seen in the pictures. What you can't see is just a bit of finish checking between the pickups that just gives this guitar a great look. You won't be afraid to take this out of the house and play it. Tonally this guitar has all of the authentic Les Paul tones that we love and the pickups are very balanced. If you have any questions about this special piece please let us know...
