In 2008 the Gibson Custom Shop had Tom Murphy make 75 aged goldtops to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the end of the gold top era. This piece is beautifully hand aged and checked by To himself. It includes all of its original paperwork and hang tags as well as its Gibson COA. There was also a special embossed pick guard that we took off to show how cool goldtops are with no guard like Duane Allman. Grab this piece of Les Paul history.
