Eastman limited edition models are consistently amazing, and the SB54/v-LTD-BK maintains the high bar. Only 40 of these vintage-style beauties are available, featuring Seymour Duncan P-90s and lightweight all-mahogany body.
We love the vintage appearance and modern performance, with aged mahogany body in Eastman's satin black vintage nitrocellulose finish (lightly distressed). The neck is solid mahogany with ebony fretboard and pearl crown inlays—very playable, but with a comfortable heft. The top, back and fingerboard are bound in ivoroid.
A pair of Seymour Duncan P-90s (Soapbar Staple and standard) gives the SB54/v-LTD-BK a bright, controlled attack with plenty of sustain, and relic gold hardware completes the vintage look with dependable, modern functionality. A hardshell case is included.
