Built at Gibson Custom, it pairs a one-piece mahogany neck with a non–weight-relieved mahogany body topped with flame maple and a holly headstock veneer, finished in Cherry Red with translucent "ghost" flame top figuring. The neck features an early‑'50s rounded carve over a rosewood fingerboard with 22 frets, acrylic trapezoid inlays and single‑ply cream binding; scale length is the classic 24.75".
