This vintage one owner beauty was just unearthed from a great client of ours and is just so cool. When you pick this up and plug it into the nearest Marshall in the shop it really nails that classic LP Custom tone that we love. This 1980 Les Paul Custom started a brilliant cherry sunburst color but with age she has mellowed to a beautiful one of a kind cherryburst. She's survived with visble wear and tear like we see on a lot of Custom's from this era. It has its original pickups and wiring but new tuners have been installed as well as a new bridge and tailpiece. Currently Strap lock are on the guitar and there's a small mini toggle hole that has a screw installed to cover up the hole. We've nick named the guitar the "tone screw" around the shop. As the original owner said " That's what everyone was doing in those days with LP customs. The guitar ships in a newer HSC.
