This rare Custom Shop ES-335 just rolled into the shop and is just a great example of Gibson's '80s era ES-335. We specialize in 80's ES-335's and the Custom Shop variants are few and far between. I've only seen flame tops on the Custom Shop versions.
Loaded with a set of fabulous Tim Shaw "Patent Number" pickups. The highly coveted tones from these pickups set this guitar apart from the other 335's in the shop. We feel these only gets better as the magnets age.
This gorgeous sunburst ES-335 shows minor player wear but no major damage that should be noted. Just the character and vibe of a guitar of this vintage. It looks like the original owner put his name and DL number on the inside label but at least his penmanship was neat. A true classic! She ships in the OHSC.
