Here we have a really special 40th Anniversary Les Paul R9 from 1999 that's from the original owner and is in amazing condition. Gibson fans refer to the "Good Wood Era" as 1999-2002 and the tops that they used were sometimes amazing. This guitar has one of those tops. This guitar is all original and is a very rare darkburst finish. Most of the '99s were finished in washed cherry so this one really stands out. I'd rate the condition at 9.8 out of 10. She ships with the historic collection COA and ships in the OHSC. This is the one to add to the Gibson collection.
