1961 Gibson Les Paul Double Cut Special Cherry Red

Just out a huge vintage collection this '61 DC Special is for the player's out here that want the vintage tone but without the $9k price tag.  This guitar had a heel repair and a small headstock repair that are both shown.  These repairs were done over 30 years ago and are stable.  The ink stamped serial number is original and rare to this model as they switched over to the wood stamped version shortly after.  Pickups, pots and plastic are all original to the guitar.  She'll ship in a hardcase that will protect the guitar better than the original chipboard.
