This lovely 1963 Gibson SG special just came into the shop and its really a great player. This guitar has TONE!!! We love the vibe of this special with the right weather checking and wear in all the right spots. All original pickups and wiring with the Maestro tremolo bypassed and she's setup as a wrap around. This version of the Maestro tremolo is also pretty rare. The guitar has its original tuners in the case and a nice set of drop in replacements. There had been a heel crack early in this guitars life and it was professionally repaired. It looks like this was repaired but the original finish was not stripped in the repair area. She black lights nicely with the clean work of the repair showing. As to tone this one screams Live at Leeds! She'll ship in the original Gibson softshell case with red lining and tremolo arm.
