1965 Fender Super Reverb

Blackface, Pre-CBS,  “Fender Elect.Inst Co.” – exactly the one you want. Meticulously maintained to as close to original specs as possible by Ziv Nagari – a legend with the ‘in’ crowd in NYC, and an all-around great guy. One notable exception is we replaced the Power Transformer to a Heyboer made / Mojotone distributed model in 2014. Choke and other trans originals. Very few hours since last service where power tubes were replaced to Russian made 5881. Just not getting the use around the shop that it should. Needs to be played!

Tube chart dates to April 1965, all four CTS 10” speakers date to the 50^th week of 1964. Original two-button footswitch, power cord has been changed to 3-prong for safety. Grill cloth has minor tears, which is exactly how a 53.5yr old amp should look. Ships with a newer, not very protective nylon fender amp cover. Contact us for more detail / pics.
