1968 Gibson SG Special Cherry Red

This lovely '68 SG special just came into the shop fresh out of a 20 plus year collection.  We love the vibe of this very clean special with the right weather checking and its deep cherry red color intact.  An all original example in this condition is getting harder and harder to find these days.  The pickups sound amazing and the big pickguard really gives it that Pete Townshend vibe.  There have been no breaks or major accidents in this guitars life and it's survived intact.  What's also really cool is that this guitar has a big full C shaped neck that I've never really seen on a late '60s SG.  As to tone this one screams Live at Leeds!  She'll ship in OHSC.
