Here we have a really special 40th Anniversary Les Paul R9 from 1999 that's fresh out of a 20 year collection and is in great condition. There is the slightest of some squiggle marks on the back but very light and not through the finish. Gibson fans refer to the "Good Wood Era" as 1999-2002 when the maple tops and mahogany that were used were of the highest quality. This guitar has one of those tops. This guitar has had bumble bee caps added to upgrade the orange drops and is a beautiful cherry burst finish that's faded nicely tea burst.
