Special Order Snakehead style Blackguard with Fall 1950 dual pickup configuration

Description:
* Nachoguitar serial 0109, special order snakehead style Blackguard with Fall 1950 dual pickup configuration.
* 1949 Prototype style 1.5" thickness solidbody Blackguard guitar.
* Body date is Leo 9/49. Neck date is Leo 9/49.
* Maple neck, 9,5” fretboard radius with Medium 95/47 frets, medium D profile shape
0,87"/1" depth at 1/12 fret; 1,66"/2,02" width at 1/12 fret.
* Very Lightweight example at 2,73 Kg / 6 Pounds 0 Oz.
* Early 50s Standard version style bridge plate with barrel compensated brass saddles,
serial number 0109 on bridge plate.
* Aged Early 50s Blonde Butterscotch nitro lacquer finish on thinner 1.5" ash solid body with plenty of weather checking. The finish on this guitar has been cured and aged for months,
Snakehead proto 1949 style neck shows lacquer wear on fingerboard and back.
* Kluson Lap Steel tuners are three-on-a- side, similar to what Leo was making during mid-1949 in the pre-production phase. Aged hardware, standard control plate - production style - and early Blackguard style pickups. Bridge pickup reads 8,01k, Neck pickup reads 7.81k.
* Body is made of solid ash, with a thinner 1.5" thickness found on pre-production guitars.
* The guitar comes with a black phenolic resin guard has been lacquered, aged and cut to late 1950
specs.
* The guitar comes with a rectangular tweed mid 50s style hard case (not aged).
