2012 Taylor Grand Concert GC5

The now-discontinued GC5 features a Grand Concert body with a Western Red Cedar top and Mahogany back and sides. Its slotted peghead and short-scale (24 7/8-inch) neck deliver a more woody tone and a smooth, easy feel on the fretboard. Unlike bigger body styles like dreadnoughts and jumbos, the GC is compact in size, and the tapered waist prevents from sounding boomy or two bass heavy. It has a 1-3/4" nut width to complex work on the fingerboard.

This GC5 has a warm, but focused voice. The Cedar top is flexible and responsive, so you're able to get a wide dynamic range with a light touch. Original hardshell case included.
